Financial Aid Forms Now Available
Both the Bishop's Scholarship and the Diocese of Brooklyn (PSAS) Scholarship are need-based scholarships available to Catholic School students in the Diocese of Brooklyn. The Bishop's Scholarship Fund is available to any student who meets the financial requirements who is coming from a public school OR any student in a Catholic PK program going into our Kindergarten. PSAS Scholarship is available to any financially eligible student in K-8. Forms are now available in the Parents' Tab on this website. Please review the eligibility requirements and complete the forms by the deadlines.
Attention: Parents of 8th Graders. There are limited need-based scholarships available for students who will be attending Catholic High School. You can get more information from the Alive in Hope Scholarship from the Diocese of Brooklyn by calling 718-965-7300 x7375 or the Students Sponsor Partners from www.sspnyc.org.
VIRTUS TRAINING- Capacity Hold Lifted
We have rescheduled the Virtus Training (which was canceled do to the snow storm) for Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 7:00pm in the Gym. Please arrive at 6:45 to sign in. Remember, if you signed up on line for the original meeting, you need to sign up again for this meeting. If you had received a message indicating the session was closed due to capacity limits. please try again. The capacity limit has been removed. You may sign up in person at 6:45, however, it is better if it is done online so you can verify your information and the presenter has a sense of expected attendance.
Parent Registration for OLQM WebsiteParents are now able to sign up for email alerts from their child's class page. You will be able to receive emails every time your child's teacher updates the class website. Logon to the link below or go to the Parent Tab on the homepage, enter your email address and follow the prompts to create your profile. Once you register with the website we will be able to send mass emails about important school information as well.

The students will be receiving information about the 2010 Census. Please be aware that you will be receiving your Census packet shortly. Look for the information packet in your child's folder. Click on the link below for more information.

Registration/Re-registration
Please note that the Jan. 11 registration date on the January calendar marks official start of the re-registration process in the Diocese of Brooklyn/Queens. This is the first possible day to begin offering/accepting re-registration in our Diocese. Our Lady Queen of Martyrs School will continue to run re-registration from late February through early March. Registration from new students will begin the first Monday of March.
