Please contact teachers should you have any questions.

ATTENTION VOLUNTEERS!!!
There are still many parents who have not yet sent back the
NEW Code of Conduct and NEW Background Search forms.
It is VERY IMPORTANT to fill out the NEW forms if you would like to continue to VOLUNTEER.
Even if you have already attended VIRTUS and filled out these forms in the past, we need you to fill out the new forms. As stated in the letter we sent out with the forms, the difference between the NEW forms and the OLD is that the NEW forms allow searches to be done periodically where as the OLD ones were a one time thing.
PLEASE SEND IN YOUR FORMS
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
IF YOU NEED ANOTHER COPY,
PLEASE LET US KNOW.
THANK YOU
Last week we were assigned a new school nurse by the NYC Dept. of Health. This is our third nurse in three months, but we have been promised that Nurse Cheryl Cooper will be here through June. Just as the news of Mrs. Romano's departure was a surprise, so was the news of Nurse Katya leaving. Ms. Cooper and Nurse Katya, were able to work together to ease the transition. However, if your child has a more serious or chronic condition you may want to contact Nurse Cooper through our school email or call her office line, 718-575-0192, to discuss your concerns.
